Who we are?

SC Premium Invest Concept S.R.L. is a construction company, specialized in civil or industrial construction, carried out at a high level of quality.

  • The quality of the works is the result of the efforts of a specialized team, which can ensure the execution of the works requested by the client. The main argument in contracting the works is their guarantee, as well as the delivery of the works on the set terms.
  • We have our own employees, but also subcontractors, reaching a staff of 300 people: managers, engineers, economists, electricians, carpenters, machine operators, blacksmiths, installers, etc.
  • The staff has over 20 years of experience in the field of construction, being a specialized and dynamic team. We specialize in “turnkey” construction works, in other words in the construction of buildings completely finished inside and out, with electrical, sanitary and thermal installations included.
  • We also have the necessary infrastructure and personnel for the simultaneous construction of six residential blocks P+11 floors (approx. 300 apartments/year).

At the base of any structure there are serious weights and vibrations that are associated with the mobility of the soil, the number of floors and the characteristics of the structure's operation. To increase the strength and durability of the structure, a pillow is placed under the foundation, which multiplies the operational characteristics of the object.

  • Excavator HITACHI ZX 280 of 28 tons – 2 pcs. with pick and slope cup;
  • Excavator VOLVO EW160B on 18 ton tires with 1 mc bucket and slope bucket.
